The refurbishment and remodelling of an existing office building for the Royal Bank of Scotland. The work included the redesign of the entrance foyer, reception and common parts of the building and upgrading of the office floors.
The existing entrance was concealed and unwelcoming with a minimal street presence. Our proposals open up the new reception area to the street.
A slate clad wall, plaster ceiling and terrazzo floor slide out from the reception to meet the street with signage and the perforated entrance canopy integrated into the composition.
