Planning Approved; Mixed-use Development, Melody Lane, Islington

This project was recently approved before the Islington Planning Committee. The scheme will introduce a new storage building and seven new residential townhouses to the site. The residential units are arranged in a linear row, continuing the established mews pattern in surrounding Melody Lane. The design of the houses include features such as a central double-height dining space and a top floor terrace.
