Planning Approved : Cambrian Road, Richmond

This project received planning approval this week, and involves the remodelling of a large family house. The house is located in the Conservation Area in Richmond and overlooks Richmond Park. The scheme includes a large basement addition, side and rear extensions and the remodelling of the existing interior. The sketch image shows the arrangement of spaces in the remodelled house. The basement addition under the garden will receive light from glazed panels above. Work will commence on site in the coming weeks.
