Cambrian Road, Richmond
Extension and reconfiguration of interiors to two late Georgian terrace buildings in a Conservation area.
Internally, a complex series of interlocking volumes form new living spaces to the rear of both houses. A frameless glass roof animates the interior with light and provides truncated views of the rear gardens and buildings.
Bespoke joinery including internal shuttering and the large 3.5 metre high oak framed sliding doors to the rear illustrate a crafted approach to detail.
