Middleton Hall is an innovative retirement centre offering a range of facilities from retirement apartments, assisted living, residential care to nursing care. This scheme proposed the
addition a special care wing to the range of existing listed buildings. The new facility would accommodate 45 rooms for residents requiring a high level of medical care and rehabilitation. We worked closely with the development team, staff and directors of Middleton Hall from the initial design concept through to Planning Approval, detail design and construction information.
